Elena Rezende, RN
Elena Rezende is the founder of Enova Med Spa and a registered nurse with advanced clinical experience in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and aesthetic medicine.
Her background in medical aesthetics allows her to approach every treatment with a deep understanding of skin structure, facial anatomy, and safety protocols.
She is known for her attentive consultations, precise technique, and commitment to natural outcomes that respect facial harmony.

Justin Rome, MD
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. After completing his facial plastic surgery fellowship at the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, he established a private practice in Beverly Hills, specializing in traditional facial plastic surgeries such as blepharoplasty and facelifts, as well as advanced liposuction techniques including BodyJet and MicroAire.
Dr. Rome is also experienced in injectables, including toxins and fillers, and was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration in the competitive Los Angeles market. He later founded Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), an innovative concept blending traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics, expanding to New York City in 2019.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome developed a telehealth platform launching in 37 states, offering a direct-to-consumer subscription web app for compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval. Under his leadership, BSG has grown to serve 20,000 patients and 800 compound subscribers.
